Transitional housing offers a secure living environment and comprehensive support services to individuals and families. The intention is to assist whanau in locating suitable long-term housing.

We provide wrap around support to whanau so they can transition into more sustainable and stable living situations such as rentals or home ownership.

To be able to work with whanau we require a referral from MSD.
