Sustainable Tenancies

Sustaining Tenancies is a service that supports individuals and whānau who are potentially at risk of losing their tenancy.

The aim is to reduce the number of whānau accessing the housing register for emergency and transitional housing.

We will work with whānau or individuals who are in private rentals or social housing who require hands on support and planning assistance in order to keep their home.

When tenants have successfully sustained their tenancy and are on track with their whānau-led goal plan, our kaimahi will actively work with you and your household to become Independent of their service.

We accept self, agency, and whānau referrals.
