Ngāti Porou Oranga is one of three subsidiaries under Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou Trustee Ltd.

Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou Trustee Ltd is the corporate trustee of Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou Trust. It represents the collective interests of Ngāti Porou iwi members. Its board of 14 directors (Elected Representatives) exercise strategic governance over its subsidiaries – Toitū Ngāti Porou, Nāti Growth (formerly Ngāti Porou Holding Company Ltd) and Ngāti Porou Oranga (formerly Ngāti Porou Hauora).

Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou Group Corporate Services provides operational support to Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou and its subsidiaries.
