Want to enrol with one of our community health centres?.

Our East Coast Community Health Centres (from Tolaga Bay to Te Araroa) are currently accepting new enrolments.

Puhi Kai Iti Community Health Centre (Gisborne): is closed for new enrolments into the practice.

Please note:

• If you are enrolled in one of our East Coast Community Health Centres (Tolaga Bay to Te Araroa), you cannot transfer your enrolment to Puhi Kai Iti Community Health Centre as we are not accepting any additional patients into the practice.

• At present we are not seeing any casual patients (from other general practices or those who are enrolled in one of our east coast community health centres) due to limited numbers of appointment availability.
